It Goes Like This:
 
The years between 1989 and 2012 were filled to the brim with spiritual journeys. Some Paul and I took upon ourselves, and others were to fulfill a call by, and a promise to spirit, the Elders and All There Is. Journeys of Trust, Love and above all else intuition.
These times are covered more fully and specifically in our books Set By The Ancients Books 1, 2 and 3.
We were then and still are running a Health and Wellness Centre and had to fit our travels in and around our busy clinic.
We have always known that we were here to assist humanity in some way and to be in service and of service to our fellow Earth dwellers.
 
During the years 2003 to 2012 Paul received not only downloads for our journeys but inspirational poems and sayings came to him. Sometimes thick and fast and at not always appropriate moments. He took to taking a pencil and notebook with him and often would burst in the door, every time telling me in an excited and emotional tone that another download had come in and .......”it goes like this!”
Then he would proceed to read it out to me. Hence the title of this book.
These poems and sayings are as given by Spirit, whoever, and have not been changed.
 
We have put some of them together with photos selected from our spiritual journeys and moments so that family, friends, future generations, and those who come across this book may read them and perhaps find something comforting and inspiring in the words that came to him and the pictures we took.
